Live Chat

Is live chat broken or something?


Yesterday i tried to access it and it wouldnt work saying 'unavailable' as i was at work and at my desk all day i left the screen refreshing on the 'Checking agent availability' i turned it off having left it for 6 hours with no chat advisor becoming available at any point!


Whats the story? Do you only have one person that does online chat or something?!

Hi Rob,


What were you looking to discuss with my Live Chat colleagues? Live Chat is not available for certain subjects - cancellation or reducing you package is best done over the phone.
