Introduce a Friend?

I have introduced my mum and on the track and redeem tab of the introduce a friend page it says that she has joined Sky but at the end it says awaiting friend’s response? What does this mean? She is having her Sky installed today, when can I select my voucher?

You will need to wait until your friends account goes active then your response status will change and you can them select your vouchers.
