Input 2 lock indicator not locked

Sky+ HD Box

 

Our Input 2 Lock Indicator is displayed as NOT LOCKED. Input 2 signal strength & input 2 signal quality are both blank. Have trying all the usual tips, rebooting, checking cables etc....no luck.

 

Input 1 strength, quality and lock indicator all OK.

 

All suggestions for resolution of this issue much appreciated.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your question.

 

Have a look at our steps for 'I'm seeing the "No satellite signal is being received" or the "Failed recording" message' to see if they can be of assistance.

 

If these steps do not correct the issue, then you will require a Service Call so an engineer can have a look at the issue. If you are within your 12 month warranty this will be free of charge. If you are outwith your warranty and do not have extended cover there is a charge of £65.
