hi, my phone line is down and we cant recieve or make calls, weve rang bt to explain our issues and they say they cant help, so because we pay you (sky) the line rental, can i have a reply back please?

Not too good to sdee taht you are having an issue with your telephone line.
Can you tell me what exchange you are on, if you are not sure you can check here?
Can you also check your MySky to see if it shows the service is active there?
Last but not least try this troubleshooting to see if it helps.
