I have installed the sky wi-fi interface to my hub and it works fine. Today (2 Nov 2012) I recieved an e-mail shot from Sky advertising on demand and in the e-mail was an item informing me that BBC iPlayer was now available. I can't see it!! What's the problem, operator error or it's still not available?

onYes that e-mail is a bit misleading. "BBC i-player now available on demand"
However, if you scroll down and click on "Find out more" you will reach another sky screen. At the top on the left hand side , you will see highlighted in blue "automatically rolling out" Click on that and you will get the next screen in which it states that the roll out is being done in phases. As there is no date on the web page, one can only asssume that we will all get BBC i-player by the end of the Autumn??

BBC iPlayer is available on the boxes that have been upgraded for Catch Up on On Demand.
To find out which Sky+HD box you have and when it will be updated, press Services on your Sky Remote, then press 0 to highlight Settings. Press 3 to highlight System Details. Note down the version Number 2nd line from the top of the screen.
