When I sign in from the Google Sign In area, it is saying I am entering the wrong user name and/or password?
I am a Sky customer. Is this going to be resolved? What do I do next?

If you can't get logged in via the Google page (don't include the @sky.com bit in the username box) then changing your password should fix it for you, read this on how to do this:
