Hi. We had TV Link running on our old Sky+ box for years. Yesterday our new Sky+HD box arrives, with no RF outlets on the back. What do we connect the TV Link to? I don't want to run a 30m HDMI or Scart lead across the roof. Rang Sky, and they said connect TV Link to the RS232 connector. Really?? How would that even happen...? HELP!!
You have the very latest Sky+HD box, which isn't officially launched until the beginning of September. As you rightly say, it has no RF ports. In place of the RF2 socket is an input/output port and you need an adaptor which plugs into this port, to provide an aerial input and an RF output. See my post here which explains further.
