How do you get 3d in to one screen not two screens?

We have just got the 3d. But we are having a problem the screen is split in two. Were not sure how to put it in to one screen.

Re: How do you get 3d in to one screen not two screens?

Hi mikechippie,

If you are seeing a side by side picture on Sky 3D you need to turn on 3D mode on your TV using the remote control and select side-by-side if your TV asks you to select this option. I'd recommend referring to your TV's instructions manual to do this.

When you want to change to a non-3D channel you will need to turn 3D mode off again.

My tv requires you to change the tv to 3d, even though it has AUTO. Just something to keep in mind.
