That was indeed the link that I used to claim my Sky On Demand connector, but each time I try I am told that I am unsuccessful.
I can also confirm that my Sky box has never been connected via Ethernet to my router.

I have just received a letter asking me to Register for my free Sky On Demand Connector. However, when I try to register it will not allow me. I have both Sky TV and am connected to the Internet by sky. Can you help and advise. My account number:

Welcome to the Sky Community!
Thanks for the message and hope you're well.
Could you please confirm weather you have used our On Demand service before?

Hey Colette+Kildunne and duchessdonna,
Thanks for getting in touch.
I can see how keen you are to be able to claim a free wireless On Demand connector but when doing so you have been unsuccessful. To be able to order one you need to meet certain criteria, the first one is that you must never have connected your Sky Box to your router using a wired(ethernet cable) connection, if you have done this (even for a few minutes) you would not be able to claim our On Demand connector. The second one is that you must have a compatible Sky+HD box in order to gain access to the On Demand content. If you do not meet this criteria you would not be entitled to our free wireless connector unfortunately.
I am sorry I could not be of more help, please let me know if you have anymore questions.

Second Sky HD Box has never been connected to On Demand due to distance from router.
Our first box has been connected to On Demand but your terms state "if the box has never been connected".
So on that term, the box should qualify for a free connector!
No offence to Sky, but how many customers are getting fed up with the amount of freebies you give to new customers whilst your existing ones get increased bills rather than a great promotion or a freebie!
