Failed download on demand

All the films i attempt to download keep failing! I've followed the instructions for a rebuild from another post but its still not working. I've been a customer for 3 months and already I have 3 issues. Still no vouchers, terrible Internet connection and now this! I will most certainly be looking to move to another provider at the end of my contract. Paying for the full package and only being disappointed thus far!.

Re: Failed download on demand

There is some advice here from Sky:

http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/On-Demand-Catch-Up-TV/problem-downloading-on-demand-scheduled-only-messa...

Also try this:

Go into your planner and look for something that perhaps you didn't download or record, when you find this delete it and then go into your deleted folder (highlight the all tab and press the left button on your remote). You will then need to delete everything out of here.

After doing this try using On Demand again.

I do not work for Sky.

There is an issue with OnDemand that is not helped using your advice, I think the servers at sky's egarnered someone to take a look at them!

Update: I've had to rebuilt twice but there is still a longer delay than usual before downloads start, so I still think there is a problem.
