Error message t6038/c4110

Hi - Can anyone tell me what the error message t6038/c4110 on my laptop means. It says the item has been interupted due to an error

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Have you tried another browser as this has resolved the issue for other customers recently.

I usually use Google Chrome. I tried it on Firefox and it worked. Strangely, when I went back to Chrome it then worked there as well.

I am having the same error message appear (t:6038 c:4100) and have tried running sky go in Google Chrome, IE and Firefox but all are saying the same thing - any advice?

This is a error code that I'm familiar with so I will make sure this issue gets sorted. If you haven't already then I would suggest that you try using another browser to see if this resolves the issue.

 

If changing the browser has not fixed anything then complete all the troubleshooting steps from our help article.
