Dont expect any sympathy off sky when your partner dies at christmas time

My partner died at christmas, informed sky that I would be paying bill in next week and all they said was pay as soon as possible to keep on watching sky. No longer will I recommend them to friends. At least other companies that I have informed have shown some sympathy. What a callous company this must be
