I Have the same problem, what should be a very straight forward procedure is not possible and the web page cannot be found?
Do sky supply a new router with a WPS button if it is not possible to connect?

Have tried manual setup as described on line and in paper instuctions included with booster . The setup page address sits in address bar partially loade then nothing happens.

Could you confirm that the Booster is connected to your Apple MacBook Pro using an Ethernet cable?
Could you also confirm the Booster power light is solid white?
Also have you tried moving the Booster closer to the Router while setting up?
