It seems most people are back up but I still cant connect

Hi all,

 

Sky Broadband Services have now been restored following a major outage this morning.

 

Sky Broadband Everyday Lite and Unlimited customers: Services should be fully restored for the majority of customers. A small number of customers may still be going through the authentication process but should be back up and running in the next hour. There is no need to restart your router.  

 

Sky Broadband Connect Customers: Services should be fully restored, please reboot your router by turning it off then back on again using the power button on the back of the router.

 

We apologise again for any inconvenience this may have caused

Hi Everyone,

 

We are aware that some Sky Broadband customers are continuing to experience issues with their Sky Broadband Connection. We believe that the issue is connected to this morning’s outage and we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

 

Please don’t turn your router off then on again as this may increase the amount of time that you are without Sky Broadband connection.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to provide any more detail at the moment about when service will be fully restored, but we are treating this as top priority and will continue to post regular updates until service is back up and running for all customers.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Sky Broadband Service has now been fully restored and should be up and running for all customers affected by yesterday’s outage.
