We are experiencing authentication issues in the Portsmouth and Southampton areas. This will only affect Sky Broadband customers who turn their home router off and on and may mean that customers in the affected areas are unable to establish an internet connection.
We are working to resolve the issue and will provide updates as soon as we have more information. Please leave your router turned on until further notice.

Sky Broadband services restored in Portsmouth & Southampton area's
We apologise for the outage that affected Sky Broadband services in the Portsmouth & Southampton area yesterday, the issue has now been resolved. All customers should now have a full service.
The problem started yesterday when a power failure caused essential equipment to fail. Engineers have successfully installed new equipment and services have been fully restored.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank customers for their patience.
