ALL MY HD CHANNEL PICTURES ARE GREEN AND PIXILATED?

Hi Everyone,

 

Just got in from work and turned TV on. Every channel works fine on my HD sky+ box except my HD CHANNELS?

 

All green and pixilated with bits of picture coming through? Any help please?

 

I have checked all my connections no probs there and the sinal is fine as its receiving everything bar HD.

Try the usual Troubleshooting tips first.  What's the Make/Model of your box?

Its an Amstrad. Says ENA22 ONE STOP on the box? Model number DRX780UK?

Thanks Kenneth. Didi the whole turn off at wall for (5 mins) just to make sure and worked.

 

Just like the IT department at work. "Have you tried turning it off and back on"? lol. Works.

I'm having the same problem. Started on wednesdya night. Just HD channels affected. Have already tried unplugging the box for 5 mins or so. Any ideas?

Hi Ryster,

 

Have you carried out any other trouble shooting apart from  unplugging the box? If not then you could try this troubleshooting for Picture Issues.
