Hi, we've just moved to a property that had Sky broadband up until last Friday, and thought it would be relatively quick to get Sky broadband activated - when we checked, it went from 2 weeks to 5 weeks wait in the course of a few days! How can it take 5 weeks to reactivate a line? Sky blame BT, is this actually the case? Is there any way to speed up the process?
I'd really like Sky broadband but I'll have to look elsewhere for other options. I thought Sky was the natural choice considering it was already operational at the property.
