Question

My viewing card appears scorched / discoloured. Do i need a replacement?

Answer

Our Sky viewing cards are white and, as the resin used during the manufacture of the viewing card becomes warm inside your box, you may see a brown mark on the surface of the card.

This mark is normal and has no effect on the performance of the card and will cause no interference to your viewing.
